Set to join ‘Nine Inch Nails’ at the event, Pop Queen Beyonce has signed on to perform at this year’s ‘Made In America’ Festival, marking the latest gig she will attend to push her forthcoming album.
Grossing 5 million dollars last year, this year will no doubt fare just as well with Emeli Sande, A$AP Rocky and Kendrick Lamar also gearing up to perform in Philadelphia between August 31st and September 1st.
With tickets now on sale, a documentary shot at last year’s show will air some time before this year’s festivities kick off and mark the latest venture from ROC nation Jay Z, who curated the organisation.
For, the last week saw him reveal his ROC Nation music group had entered the world of Sports representation, extending the expertise that took the likes of Rihanna to the proverbial top to athletes. This, followed by news that the same group had now inked a lucrative deal with the Universal Music Group, becoming a stand alone label- armed with the likes of Shakira, Kylie Minogue, Rita Ora, Solange Knowles, MIA and R&B Prince Elijah Blake.
