    KL is overrated

    • ZXVVZQWRWQR July 1, 2013

~~ Unbelievable~`Wow~~`My friend Emily has just married to a handsome wealthy black man. They met through ~BlàckWhìteHub. Ç o m ~~ They told me it is a Serious black white dating for black & white single s seeking interracial relationships, friendships, dating ,love and more.. So, if you want to look for people with which you can date, you are at the right place. You can meet(lawyers, busy professionals, benefactors. models, celebrities, and so on….)If you are single, perhaps you can have a try.

  2. Iz (Queen Adele) June 30, 2013

Mmm if it wasn’t for the way he sings over it, it would be trashy.

  3. Omari June 30, 2013

So he is going all commercial sounding now he has a #1

  4. Super Cisus June 30, 2013

Cute but he never be JT

    • Jay B June 30, 2013

Why would he want to be? JT is simply mediocre vocals with Great production. Nothing at all special about him…Plus He’s been doing this sound for years…

  5. Meena June 30, 2013

Kendrick could do better than this trashy song

  6. ugh June 30, 2013

Why would he even mess with Dr. Luke? Welp as quick as R&B returned…

    • POP ROYALTY [RUDE BOY] June 30, 2013

a Strong genre will not depend on a certain artist or it will be prone to extinction when they try something new. “see ciara the princess of Crunck & B” .

      • ugh June 30, 2013

THIS isn’t trying anything new. R&B isn’t strong right now, but with the success and style of Blurred Lines, Get Lucky, etc., had a chance to move slowly back to the mainstream. You saw how quickly Usher jumped up and performed the 2-year old Twisted right? But back to Robin Thicke, Why come back with a soulful uptempo track which is your biggest hit, then follow it up with EDM/Dubstep. You’re not following the formula that is working for you right now.

      • POP ROYALTY [RUDE BOY] June 30, 2013

he should get as bigger audience as possible , and let’s not forget the “N***” Music video is what created a buzz for the song , not the song itself.

so I think he wanted to get safe and it is his right.

it is a shame white artists who are the ones who decided to revive this genre while Black artists stay being weak and lame with their music.

he can do whatever, he is an artist , he should do all the genres and not be put in a box.

  7. POP ROYALTY [RUDE BOY] June 30, 2013

Bought it from iTunes ” track #6 from the deluxe version of his upcoming album” and kept blasting it since then.

    4/5.

  8. Team Tasia June 30, 2013

I actually like it. I don’t blame him for going the commercial route. He’s been under appreciated for much too long. He said that he wanted to make a fun album, and it looks like he accomplished just that.

  9. FAF June 30, 2013

this sounds like a JT song… from ’04.

    • POP ROYALTY [RUDE BOY] June 30, 2013

you Tried it, just like when your fav released 13433546 singles to get a #1.

    • CzarM June 30, 2013

This sounds nothing like a JT song. Timberlake wouldn’t make some ridiculously cheesy EDM dupstep pop mess like this.

  10. Roberto June 30, 2013

this SONG is …wack…sorry but i still like Robin, this song was’nt made for me, I’m sick of this EDM crap,

  11. Absolved June 30, 2013

Shame on Robin for going the EDM/dance crap route. What a sell out. He wanted so bad to be taken seriously as a real R&B artist, then he pulls a stunt like this. And if he thought sticking Kendrick Lamar on this would keep it from sounding like he was pandering, he was wrong. Won’t be buying this.

    • Music June 30, 2013

KL is the best thing about this song tbh.

  12. BitchICan’tEvenSpellWelfare June 30, 2013

First “Blurred Lines” (terrible) & now “Give It 2 U” (worse).

Oh well, still a Robin Thicke fan and I’m sure his bandwagon fans will enjoy this album but I’m passing on this one. Pay your bills Robin–I feel you. Cool. I’ll still be here when he returns to form.

  13. The Evil Eye June 30, 2013

    Really Robin? Tsk.

He jumped from BET to Fuse as soon as he could, didn’t he?

  14. DANIEL T June 30, 2013

Good 4 him!! If JT can swagger-jack him then why can’t he swagger-jack him right back?? Lol

  15. SBC19 June 30, 2013

The f*** is is this homo s***? This is why I don’t trust white R&B singers. They’re only “R&B” until they find a mainstream audience, then they show their true “color” and sellout to pop. It may have taken Robin 10 years, but sellout he did. Phony Mufuka.

    • ronnoc June 30, 2013

What a dumb comment. What about Usher? and Chris B? those n***** are some of the biggest sellouts so why dont you sit your ass down.

  16. CzarM June 30, 2013

I laugh at all the people who, over the past few months, talked all that b******* about JT supposedly copying off Robin, and how the former is more “pop” while the latter is some more credible “soul” performer. What the f*** would you call this? Hell, this ain’t even Robin copying JT, this s*** sounds more like him copying very early Nsync/Backstreet Boys. JT gets labeled “pop,” but he wouldn’t make some Eurotrash Dr. Luke/EDM concoction even if he lost a bet.

    • MsThing485 June 30, 2013

      Really.

The annoying part is that Robin is probably under the assumption that he’ll be able to keep all of his original Soul music fans while using Dr. Luke’s sound to gain new ones on top of them. Doesn’t work like that. If an artist wants a diverse fan base, they should seek one at the top of their career. You can’t build a career on the back of appealing to one kind of audience with one sound, and then later venture out of that box to get more, while expecting to retain the originals.

  17. Hush June 30, 2013

    Sounding like something Kesha rejected.
I thought Robin was better than this.

    • wow June 30, 2013

      He P!nked us!

  18. JER June 30, 2013

Justin Timberlake got Robin scurred for a hit. This sounds LITERALLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY like a Madonna song. I didn’t realize both Hard Candy and MDNA were so influential

  19. MsThing485 June 30, 2013

This is too bad, but I’m not surprised. Robin went from being a classy, soulful guy with only mild success to recording music with profane themes, lyrics and videos that finally blew up him in the mainstream. That he would then try to appeal more to the lowest common denominator with Dr. Luke and EDM on top of that is hardly surprising. Disappointing, yes. Surprising, no.

  20. B. Hill July 1, 2013

Garbage. WTF was Robin thinking???? Horrible lyrics, horrible production, He just made JT seem more “legit” than him.
