I kinda agree… Dirty Laundry is great “talking points” song and I think it would generate interest in the album. She should def be preforming her singles. But I love the album.

Hmmm, not sure why she chose this non-Pop song to promote her album to a Pop audience. Do you think Michael Jackson would’ve performed “Why You Wanna Trip On Me” or “She Drives Me Wild” to promote the “Dangerous” album? This is not a stretch, you perform your most consumer-friendly songs to increase interest and generate sales. Not sure what else she performed but I hope she did some of her older solo material so she can show where’s she’s come from and get people excited about the old and new Kelly. She should’ve performed Gone instead.

I thought Kelly did amazing!!! She’s grown into her own as an artist! Vocally, Stage Performance, & Personally. Thought that this post would go by with no HATE. I’m so glad she’s NOT HOLDING BACK ANY MORE! Girlfriends vocals were on point. In the past, any time Kelly’s performances were sub-par, it wasn’t because she didn’t have the skills to pay the bills, it was because she lacked the confidence. She’d been trained to sing like a second class citizen and she was used to playing it safe. She was a master at harmonizing and blending; she could sing the hell out of any hook,chorus or bridge (because that is what she spent years doing as DC’s “second lead”) but when it came to carrying an entire record or ad-libbing here and there, Kelly was clueless because she was never given the opportunity to showcase her voice in that way. NOW, she’s a master at it. It took her years to come into her own vocal strength and prowess, but now that she has, we get to hear the most solid, most soulful, most powerful vocals we’ve ever heard from her. She also seems to have a much more solid set this time around. Everything, from her band to her background singers to her echo machine is top notch this go round. Kelly is now a polished artist and this performance, I’m sure, is the first of many more. I CAN’T WAIT FOR THEM.

I’m one of Kelly Rowland’s biggest fans but even I’ve got to admit that when I was watching this I was like what’s gotten into this woman because she sounded absolutely amazing in this performance! She even sounded great on Fallon the other day. When she used to sing I used to be on pins and needles hoping that her voice wouldn’t go flat live, but not this era! Man it’s been a long time coming but Kelly has finally found her sound. She’s found what works for her and all the experimenting she did in recent years is what has left her brand not so complete which is why fans aren’t buying her music like they should. TAGG is consistent, she’s comfortable, you can hear it, it feels good and it sounds right! There’s a handful of good songs on there. I just hope the album does well
I love Ms. Kelly only thing I have a problem with is what she is wearing on stage looks cheap. Why is she wearing black wear a different color.
