Watch: Jill Scott Performs ‘So Gone / Knockin Da Boots’ Live At ‘The Hampton Jazz Festival’

The songbird that is Jill Scott took flight in Virginia recently, when she flew into ‘The Hampton Jazz Festival’ for yet another stellar live showing.

Joined by a trio of gifted backing vocalists, the Soprano wooed her willing crowd with a rendition of 2011’s ‘So Gone’, going onto to watch her support rock the stage with the Kevin Conner penned H-Town classic ‘Knockin’ Da Boots’.

    Beyoncé does not have the depth or the versatility. That’s why her record sales were failing in her demographic and others. She is a great performer with voice overs, lights, wind machines, graphics etc. But her alone, no wind machine, no background singers or pre recorded tracks… she would not keep my attention for long.
