In continuing his consistent sales run in the market, Cole watches his new LP ‘Born Sinner’ pull in 20, 591 units in the last week, scoring him this week’s #11 spot, almost two months after its June 10th release.
Reaping the rewards for the album’s long running promotional efforts, the project now stands no more than 400,000 units away from going Platinum- already dwarfing digits nabbed by his 2011 debut, ‘Cole World: The Sideline Story‘.
Meanwhile, Bruno Mars‘ ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’ enjoys a 13% sales rise in the last week, shifting 20,541. Epic, considering the album dropped on December 6th 2012.
Joining Pink, Justin Timberlake and Rihanna in releasing one of the highest selling albums of the year, the project now sold a total of 1,548,841 units in the US while its worldwide sales hold court at the 3,930,000 mark.
