The media didn’t ‘give’ Jay Z a pass. Jay Z never once a day in his life hid who he was. You think because he was selling back in the day and turned his life around were supposed to condemn him to this day? Same with Barack. LOTS of men in America have dark pasts, made mistakes in their youth and committed crimes. But we don’t condemn them IF they have changed and come to a more positive space.

They changed their lives around and advocate for others to do the same. As much as I like Chris. he has no one to blame but himself at this point. He had a second chance with FAME that album did decent numbers and even won him a grammy. But thats cuz he was working non stop on his music and didn’t have as much drama as he does now. And earlier this year he had really mature interviews. If he kept showing his mature side and didn’t continue wrecking his image by getting into more scandals and getting all them tattoos trying to be this bad boy he would still be selling. But he burned nearly all his bridges and now hardly anyone wants to work with him. I feel at this point he might as well scrap x because it lost interest a long ago. take time off the limelight and really look at himself to make a change
