She understands her voice very well, and she constantly perfects her craft by practicing how to use her voice to its full potential. The title is NOT about having the loudest voice, or the widest range. It’s about knowing your voice, your musical niche, learning and perfecting your craft, and Brandy is the definition of that.
When you have musical peers from different genres giving you praise like Jessie J, Jennifer Hudson, Erykah Badu, Jazmine Sullivan, John Legend, Melanie Fiona, Kelly Price, Faith Evans, etc and the list goes ON and ON…One has to think there must be something about Brandy that people are hearing that you haven’t understood yet.
