For, in news that’ll no doubt shock the general public, it has emerged that the British navy have employed a ‘unique’ tactic to deter Somalian pirates on Africa’s East Coast from attacking their ships.

Responsible for taking many a passing ship and their unsuspecting crew hostage, Somali pirates have now acquired a new found foe in the ‘Radar’ singer, whose music is blasted by the Navy to scare them away.
How it works?
“Her songs were chosen by the security team because they thought the pirates would hate them most”, merchant Naval office Rachel Owens explains, “These guys can’t stand western culture or music, making Britney’s hits perfect. As soon as the pirates get a blast of Britney, they move on as quickly as they can.”
Their Pop fuelled strategy is unveiled a matter of weeks before the December 3rd release of Spears’ latest LP ‘Britney Jean‘, which features cuts penned by ‘Titanium‘ singer Sia and ‘Black Eyed Peas‘ frontman Will.i.am.
