Watch: Mutya Keisha Siobhan Rock Reload Sessions / Cover Lorde’s ‘Royals’

Published: Tuesday 8th Oct 2013 by Sam

Having warmed up the masses with buzz number ‘Flatline’, Brit-Pop belles Mutya Keisha Siobhan are gearing up for the next release from their eagerly awaited comeback album.

At present, the ladies (who served as the original line-up of the Sugababes) are remaining relatively tight-lipped about which track they’re set to unleash. However, they are (smartly) ensuring they keep their name and faces in the spotlight in the interim.

The trio’s latest promo stop was Reload Sessions (live on Google+), where they soared with renditions of Lorde‘s ‘Royals’ (which, dare we say, sounds more sublime than the original), Sugababes hit ‘Caught In A Moment’, and new song ‘No Regrets’.

Vocally brilliance awaits after the jump…

Stellar.

Breathtaking! There’s no other Girlgroup out there that can compete with them! They have individually very strong and distinctive voices, but nothing beats their harmonies. So effortless and stunning!

I don’t get it, shouldn’t she be covering one of the many Sugababes songs and not the Su
gababes covering her one and only song?

    😐

They are really good together. And I liked that new single of theirs, Flatline.

I am rooting for them. They are amazing. Those harmonies are no lie!
It’s a shame that Flatline flopped, didn’t deserved that, it’s such a great song.

p.s. Siobhan’s voice… damn… she is killing Heidi’s parts on ‘caught in a moment’. I bet miss Range is crying in a corner somewhere.

Siobhan is the only one who can really sing and the only one that had a good solo career the othrer two fat whores are s*** thats why the chinese girl who thinks shes black had a flop album.

        uhm… harsh and so untrue.

They have this chemistry with each other, not some manufactured girlgroup crap, but these three women can really sing and harmonize. They blend well and they all have their own part in the sound that is MKS. None other sugababes formation could pull this kind of magic off.

BTW, Mutya sounds amazing on this song. I love her unique tone.

‘Real Girl’ (the single and album) did sell better then any of Siobhan’s singles, but I agree with you on one point. She had the better solo career out of the two, she delivered two great albums.
