As the gift-giving season draws nearer, Britney Spears is getting into the spirit early.
For, after initially promising fans new single ‘Perfume’ on November 5th, it has been confirmed that the ballad will instead arrive…tomorrow!

According to E! Online, the hotly anticipated cut will be premiered on Facebook.
Speaking on what the masses can expect from the track, which serves as the second to be lifted from new album ‘Britney Jean’, the singer said:
“‘Perfume’ is incredibly special to me because it hits close to home, and I think the story is relatable to everyone. Everyone’s been through an insecure moment in a relationship that’s left them vulnerable and I think this song captures that.”
The single’s iTunes impact date, next Tuesday, remains unchanged.

With ‘Work Bitch’ showing extreme signs of fatigue, ‘Perfume’s arrival is right on time. Here’s hoping it delivers,though, because the success of its parent album quite literally depends on it.
Indeed, with Britney being more promo-resistant than ever, it’ll have to be her material alone that carries this project. A sad state of affairs for an artist who at one-time was renown for being able to blaze the stage, rendering whatever song she was performing a hit. Still, it’s a state of affairs her Team are content with.
