I love Ryan Tedder’s style for Beyonce. He does a great job finding the international pop, to mesh with R&B. ‘Halo’ was such a good format of ballad for Beyonce to go with. It is a song that is classic, and will be played for years to come. I’m excited to hear this cd, Sia, Ryan Tedder, Dream, and I’m hoping Emeli Sande.. this cd is shaping up to be much more universal!

Glad Ryan Tedder is working with her again. TBH Halo (and to a lesser extent “I Was Here” is doing overtime in Beyoncé performances as the only song she can sing at classy events, benefits, tributes, etc. The rest of her catalog is (mostly) ratchet hood anthems (most of which I love!). Hopefully he can write her a huge hit that, like Halo, has some longevity and can be performed for years to come!
