Kelly Rowland is sporting quite the golden glow these days.
For, not only is she celebrating her recent engagement, the singer’s single ‘Kisses Down Low’ has been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
The Mike Will produced cut, which served as the lead release from Rowland’s fourth studio album ‘Talk A Good Game’ earlier this year, was awarded the honor after hitting the 500,000 copies sold mark.
An impressive feat for any song in the current climate, especially one of the R&B persuasion, the certification sees the track become the 2nd-most successful of Rowland’s solo career following – bested only by 2011’s double Platinum smash ‘Motivation‘. {Editor’s note: For those wondering “what about ‘Dilemma’?”, that was Nelly’s song).

@Mother You’re right. it took nearly a whole year to go gold and that song was realeased in February. Ciara released Body party and it went gold in only a few months and Tamar Braxton realeased The One in May and it went Gold in 3 months.
