This hurts me to say but I have to. Tony Braxton is a legend, however, she’s about two doses of Nyquil in the personality department. I doubt this book will be a page turner. Watching her on BFV is so painful because she portrayed this sultry diva and acts like MOTHA GOOSE off stage… She needed her sisters on her reality show, especially TRACI and TAMAR The Braxton. sorry not sorry.
…..and Tamar has a larger than life personality but is a church mouse onstage! Toni is a legend and this book will be a best seller!
It’s so funny how someone can come on here and judge something and someone without taking a chance to even read the book you never know what she will reveal in this book and toni is a LEGEND,ICON,TRENDSETTER and has been through hell and back her story can be an inspiration to many people stop judging and being so damn negative. I love toni and I’m so proud she hasn’t given up on herself.

Toni Braxton has sold 60 Million RECORDS, not singles but RECORDS with only 7 albums to her name and that includes her Christmas album. Tamartians need to stop putting Braxton against Braxton because TONI put the name on the map and it’s because of TONI that The Braxtons secured their group deal, and then Tamar for her two solo albums and Christmas album. It’s because of Toni that there is even a reality show and a spin off for Tamar. The Rihanna stans aka The Navy need to not go there because your girl has sold 120 million singles and just barely made 30 [most of them shipped with the exception of GGGB] and she’s had 7 albums in 8 years.
And that’s over the period of over 20 years in the industry.

Im sorry, I like Toni. I just dont see it for this project. She could have just did another VH1 documentary an hour long, retelling all the horrible things she went through during her career.
Its time to stop waiting on people to feel sorry for your career, and to just continue on with your life. Stop with the sad stories already, you’ve made history… I think its time for her to help someone else so they dont go through the same thing, Maybe Tamar needs your support 100% now more than ever.
Shes just searching for more sympathy with this one, Im sorry I will not be purchasing this memoir. Anything in there I can find out for FREE on the internet anyway!

R&B Music doesnt sell much these days anyway, unless you’re Beyonce or Rihanna, so the fact that she sold 311k so far are good numbers for an r&b artist in 2014. she passed up a lot of other r&b artists sales and is still on the charts. she’s number 13 on the hip hop/r&b albums charts.
I think Toni Braxton is very much a lady to start with. she is the whole package ,she is beautiful ,well mannered ,poised ,talented in many ways, and dresses the part. even when she dresses s*** it is tastful.I have learned alot about the braxtons ,and i like them. no one in the world is perfect,we are all human. so why dont you ugly haters leave this wonderful talented woman alone!!!!!
