Ne-Yo celebrates St.Valentine’s Day with his fans this morning, surprising the world with  brand a new EP named ‘3 Simple Rules.’

Packing songs that see him serve the vocals, conviction, melody and soul currently missing from R&B’s male arena, the release touched down minutes ago and is sure to give many a music lover good reason to anticipate his forthcoming studio album.
