As the gem that is Mariah Carey‘s ‘You’re Mine’ free falls its way down iTunes USA, Jason Derulo can boast of standing on much higher ground today, as his new single ‘Talk Dirty’ continues to turn up the heat on the Billboard Hot 100.

Details below…

Now spending another week at #3 on the Hot 100, 67 million radio impressions see it rise two spots up to #15 on Billboard’s Radio Songs chart, as it welcomed a whopping 6.6 million streams in the last week alone.

All this, as 266,000 digital units sold placed it at #3 on the Digital Songs tally, a figure that tells quite the positive tale on Derulo‘s continued singles winning streak, and- albeit subtle- his organic transition into a multi-format artist, garnering invaluable support from LA’s ‘Power 106’ and ‘KIIS FM’ alike.

Meanwhile, thanks to 143 million audience impressions, 277,000 digital downloads and the hype surrounding the release of its supporting music video (February 20th), Katy Perry‘s ‘Dark Horse’ remains at #1.

This, despite suffering a 5% streaming decline, after welcoming 6.2 million streams in the last week, as Pharrell‘s ‘Happy‘ handclaps at #2 with 329,000 copies sold in the last week!

Dark horse does not deserve number 1, nrither did roar. And Jason derulo will float back into irrelevance after people get tired of talk dirty.

It’s a shame that his career seems to always blossom whenever Chris brown is inactive. If Jason does change his style he will forever be overshadowed by Chris Brown by either personality or talent. Chris Brown just has that star quality about him and I hate to say it, I just can’t see it in Jason Derulo.

    @ King Rih

“Drunk in Love” is #5 on Hot100 and back to top10 on iTunes

“XO” is climbing up the UK iTunes after the BRITs, currently at #13.

    May I add,

    – “Beyonce” has sold 1.76 million and at least 3.2 million worldwide.
    – “The Mrs Carter Show” is topping $200 million in a few days.

But then again, I don’t know how ready i am for the return of the dreaded ‘Beyonce storms [Blank] with fresh [blank] performance’ messy posts.

Can’t believe they didn’t cover the whole top ten. Or at least the top five, where Drunk In Love currently sits. I thought it already fell? Wrong- it’s undeniably a hit song that actually climbed UP three spots this week to get a second week in the top five. Very impressive! Still winning on both fronts as the album also sits in the top five! Enjoying every minute of this era as Beyonce is just getting warmed up!

And after sleeping with the whole industry, Rihanna still can’t get an RIAA multiplatinum certified album. Tsk.

I love the fact that rihanna is still the number one artist on the global itunes chart with no album or lead single out the hive must hate that there boys us I’d really only local and by the way the Brits hated Beyfats boring performance so many negative reviews she knows Rih the queen in the u.k.!

  19. datreddbone23 February 20, 2014

  20. BUArising February 20, 2014

LOL!!!! GGGB is the only one? That’s one album out of how many???? LMAO! Damn people really DON’T take Riri seriously as an artist. Out of 7 albums the h** only has 1 that managed to go 2x platinum! She’s only worth 5 quarters to the GP! 😆

  21. Marley February 20, 2014

Beyonce back in the top 5 albums and hasn’t free fallen like some people do after the first week. And thats with not one discount. So much for just ‘hype’.

  22. glahba February 20, 2014

  23. king Jason February 20, 2014

Jason drop nothing but hit single after hit single after hit non-stop. he’s at 30 millions singles worldwide and just getting started. so haters get comfortable, you will be hating for a long time. I don’t understand the hate toward any artist. They making millions and what are you doing behind hating behind your computer. smfh

  24. Musica February 21, 2014

This song was actually successful internationally last year. I’m glad that its now attaining its well-deserved attention back in America.
