Britney Spears may be missing from the charts these days, yet the Pop force continues to make her mark in Las Vegas.
The 32-year-old’s Sin City residency has apparently been so successful that Planet Hollywood owners are trying their heartiest to extend the star’s ‘Piece of Me’ show through to 2016.

According to the New York Daily News, Spears is being offered an additional $12 million to continue on with the the residency until Christmas 2016.
The renegotiated contract would follow the original agreement which sees Spears take home a whopping $30 million for shows between December 2013 and December 2015.
Speaking on the proposed extension of the show, Caesars Palace President Gary Selesner said:
“Britney Spears has been a great success for the company and will be extended, if she wants to do it, and I cannot see why not.
She has been filling out the place every night, and she is enjoying it and is in good health. She has a good life (here), coming in on private jet”.
Oh the conundrum.
On the one hand, it’s a case of “get them coins, Britney”. Yet, on the other more rational, what a waste of money.
Beyond an outright inability to sing live, Britney continues to perform like a zaney zombie. By most counts, paying for such tardiness is the equivalent of throwing $300 into your nearest dumpster. Not worth it.
