@H2O Exactly. Beyonces wasn’t focused on singles sales this era clearly otheriwse she would not have an album with all the videos on it. You think she didn’t know it was gonna be harder by doing it that way? Yet she still got a top 5 and platinum album. Shes doing well in every department including acclaim. None of her female contempories have ticked as many boxes as she has this era.
Bey isn’t the only one slaying on tours though. Look @ P!nk. Her swinging in the air is tired but she is a phenomenal performer, a strong touring act even after all these years, a great album seller, and and she did really well on the singles chart. I’m sorry but Bey’s only real slayage right now is touring. Her album hasn’t even outsold Unapologetic. Most of Beyonce’s sales are in the US (1.9 million right) yet only about 3.2 million worldwide.

I never said she was the ONLY one but shes not being ‘slayed’ by everyone when she is doing better than them in most categories omg. And she still did better with Pink with less dates. And you make it seem like Beyonces album been out a year. Its been out 4 months! The fact you are waiting for it to outsell an album that came out in 2012 is beyond me. Being slayed = Gaga this era (i like her but it is what it is). The only thing you can cling to is her not selling singles at the same time.
The era is not done, a lot of singles will be released and promo slots. And if Bey’s music sales can be classified as “basic” just because others do more than her, then so those others’ tour numbers can be considered basic considering she outgrossed everyone and with higher per-date and per-city averages.

Her album damn near stop selling altogether. Like hello are you not seeing the charts/sales? You’re using the 4 months excuse when the real shade is that she shouldn’t be selling so poorly after only 4 months when Bruno, and Pink are still selling so well and even Katy as well. Beyonce sold off shock factor in the first 4 or so weeks and mainly in the US. Her worldwide album sales aren’t very impressive for her status.
