      Timberlake who? ahahahahahahhaha

  3. Kemar (@S_C_Jr on Twitter) May 12, 2014

I’m so glad the King is back!

  4. Rosie May 12, 2014

At him hopping on the retro/funk revival bandwagon a year late.

    • Molly May 12, 2014

I like Usher but he’s such a trend hopper just like J.lo they’ll do any sound that’s popular at the time then jump on the next trend.

      • Rosie May 12, 2014

        Exactly.
Why can’t he experiment more? Climax was completely different from what else was being released at the time yet it was his most critically acclaimed song in almost a decade at least and was massive on Urban radio.

Love, love usher and he KILLED the dancing BUT I think there’s too much physical requirements in the performance to try and sing a song like this which is majority in falsetto and also extremely low (both which require supermen breathing). I like the song a lot though but he shoulda performed something more vocally driven in conjunction with this I mean it is a vocal competition and he didn’t show them hardly any vocals. Sorry usher. Love you!

    • coolness May 12, 2014

A bit of a let down vocally but like you said his dancing slayed. I haven’t seen him move like this in ages. He should have concentrated more on his singing than dancing. Then again, it’s not like he can’t sing and dance live. His concert this year at Houston’s Rodeo was phenomenal. I guess it’s because this is his first time ever performing the song live so hopefully he’ll do better next time.

    The song is garbage.

    • Stephon Aka Stephy… May 12, 2014

      Mmm Hmm

    • coolness May 12, 2014

Ikr!!! Ugh, Luther’s vocals were life! I think I’m gonna cry now. But Usher can sing though. He’s no Luther, Stevie or Marvin but the man can sing.

    • 2bad2bme May 12, 2014

girl take a time machine and go back to the “Real” singers since you so stuck on the past…you probably still in the ghetto too because you don’t like change

      • Stephon Aka Stephy… May 12, 2014

Girl bye! I live in a very beautiful complex! Goooooooooood bye..

  7. coolness May 12, 2014

Oh and this song is similar to Twisted (prod. by Pharrell) from his last album so I don’t get the whole he’s jumping on a bandwagon when he already did the sound it before it had the resurgence last year.

    • Rosie May 12, 2014

Didn’t he release Twisted to radio after Blurred Lines/Get Lucky smashed?

      • Realest May 12, 2014

Doesn’t matter, the fact he was enlightened to the genre before is the fact of the matter. It’s nothing new to him whether it was his single, and album song/filler or an unreleased track. Duh

    • Mark111 May 12, 2014

They didn’t listen to the album, they thought it was all EDM. Twisted was what lauched Pharrel’s comeback.

  8. Realest May 12, 2014

Usher has done music like this many times before. Rosie and Stephy are once again talking out of ignorance. Nothing new for usher, musical history night do you some good instead of just studying dumb asssss chart positions

    • Stephon Aka Stephy… May 12, 2014

I know all Ushers music. I was just state-ing my opinion on MALE vocalist. Usher is average at best. I just miss those chills that REAL male singer gave. Usher is great tho… well 90& of his music is great.

      • Realest May 13, 2014

Honey clearly you don’t. And yes usher is not the best singer.. But he still SINGS! Not every singer that’s stellar has to have a “Stevie, Luther” type of voice there are different types of singers. U need to broaden your spectrum a bit bro.

  9. Lois Griffin May 12, 2014

Good Shitter is gonna flop. No one cares about usher anymore.

  10. rihanna is BIGGER THN BEYONCE EVER WAS May 12, 2014

This song is flopping IMO. I don’t hear this on POP radio.USHER NEEDS TO COME HARD COS JT and BRUNO are making him look silly

    • Lois Griffin May 12, 2014

Usher is dated and uninspiring. His time came and went, TBH. Bruno is slaying them all. Now that boy is talented!!

  11. eric May 12, 2014

I don’t think this song works live; the music sounded really flat. Usher did okay with it. I appreciate entertainers who sing live and dance; to me it shows an attempt to master something that’s difficult for a lot of people. I liked the men’s choreo a lot more than the ladies who seemed to lack form and direction.

  12. Kathy May 12, 2014

kinda boring. he didn’t bring an element of fresh to the song, and i hate when they perform a song just like their music video.

  13. BLOW May 12, 2014

But why Shakira loooks so bored tho? lmaooo

  14. King_music May 12, 2014

Like Usher but this is just boring to me .

  15. Navy nick May 12, 2014

Gunny i just played this song 3 times, haha (my jam) love this dude!!!

  16. Mark111 May 12, 2014

And people are bringing up JT, Justin could NEVER dance nor perform like this. He couldn’t even sing in key at the grammy standing still. People say MJ, but to me, Usher goes back a gen farther back, I feel a lot of James Brown. No other male singer, hell singer other than Bey can can perform, move and sing as well as Usher. Chris lips, JT is always off key and can’t dance to save his white ass. Mars can bring the funk, but not the moves and that is why Usher is KING, the only other singer in R&B above him is R Kelly and that’s only from a producer and writer stand point. JT can’t even out do Thicke.

  17. Cara May 13, 2014

    Boring song and performance

  18. FutureCIARA May 13, 2014

Justin who? Bruno who? Treycee Songz who? Derulo who???
