Now months removed from buzz singles ‘Rick James’ and ‘Next Time’, Keyshia Cole has taken to Miami, Florida to continue work on her latest studio album, it has emerged today.
For there, while whipping up new jams for the release, did the singer reveal that she had caught up with R&B’s very own Jamie Foxx at an undisclosed studio, uploading a pic of the pair together on Twitter minutes ago.

As one of R&B’s only commercially viable belles, here’s hoping the lukewarm reception scored by ‘James’ and ‘Time’ encourages Cole to whip up a lead single that does for this album what ‘Enough of no Love’ did for ‘Woman to Woman.’
After all, while a number of her closest rivals struggle to gain traction on all fronts, Cole enjoys the full benefit of a loyal fan base and the support of the general public, putting pressure on her to deliver a single that speaks to this star power.
