Erykah Badu, Ledisi and Maxwell lead a party of Neo Soul & R&B musicians who ready the launch of a seven day cruise next year, inviting music lovers to join them aboard their Caribbean adventure.

Named ‘Maxwell + the Seven Seas Caribbean Cruise’, the trio will join their fans on a ship that will et sail on Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas from May 3-10, 2015, making stops at St. Thomas, St. Maarten and the private island of Cococay after departing Florida’s Port Canaveral.

The cruise lineup of R&B, neo soul, funk, contemporary jazz and reggae performers also includes Joe, Norman Brown, Brian Culbertson, Leela James, the Wailers, Stanley Jordan, newcomer Daley and comedian DL Hughley. There will be a total of eight on-board venues for the various live performances, ranging from a five-story theater to an intimate piano bar. Celebrity chef G. Garvin will helm a cooking demonstration with Maxwell also hosting several VIP opportunities.
