Dawn Richard is ditching the drama of Danity Kane and again embracing the solo route.
As fans await the release of the disbanded trio’s final album ‘DK3’ (due October 28th), the group’s arguable nucleus Richard is touring China on her own.
We’re not entirely sure about the premise of the trek nor what is hoping to be achieved, but what is certain is that a clip of Dawn performing her own rendition of Beyonce’s ‘Run The World’ awaits after the jump…

There is no bigger Dawn Richard appreciator/fan than myself… However, I don’t think this was a good look for her. HOWEVER – What I MUST SAY is, if nothing else, Dawn Richard knows how to get a dime. She messed up by hitting Aubrey and they are playing the HELL out of her right now. I don’t blame her for hitting the road and getting a little experience out of the country. It’s an opportunity for a vacay and to get your name out. Hopefully she gets back in the studio and brings us some quality material.
