Lady GaGa‘s critically acclaimed tour, ‘artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball’, charged into London this week.
That Grape Juice in the house at the first of the action-packed shows at London’s famed O2 Arena, which housed the star for a two night run.
The live force lived up to her extravagant billing with a set that potently encapsulated the “superstar” she’s become.
One of our favourite moments? The dynamite diva’s performance of the smash-that-should-have-been ‘Do What U Want’.

The vocals were everything!
Vocals were cute. Gaga has talent she will be okay no matter what. What I need for her to do tho is fire all those dancers she has had since 2007 when she came out. I’m sick of seeing those skinny queens distracting what’s going on up there with their stupid costumes and stupid dance moves.

You Sam forget something, the critics about her concerts are trashing her down. In Germany there was no pictures in the press, because Lady Gaga wanted to censor pictures and demanding that any kind of picture that comes into the press, must see first from her and that she decides if it get printed. The german press don’t wanted to sign a gag contract so oh what a shame .. And it was clear, that she didn’t go to the best concert halls in Germany, or even in the Netherlands, where she did the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, but not the Arena in Amsterdam. And the Ziggo Dome was not full anywhere, she put the tickets on a really cheap price only 19 Eruos.
Madonna had the number one tour of 2012 and the most watched performance on tv during the Superbowl. Beyonce just dropped a surprise album with zero promotion and will be on the top with sales twice or three times more than artflop. Decline in popularity? Yeah right! Stop with the excuse of why gaga is flopping. The album is as horrific as her daily antics. She needs to get rid of the gimmicks, shut the hell up and just sing.
Gaga is a done deal. Please retire.
She was held up for the images she projected not her singing or song writing. She is a slightly above average singer with just average songs. Her only way to be recognized was to create an over the top image. Twisted Sister, Ozzie Osborn, and KISS all created a single image and stuck with it while their music kept their audiences coming back for more.
Unfortunately she did not create an image, she created a myriad of images on very short notice. Elvis had two changes to his image, Madonna had a few, but both made the changes after YEARS, not weeks or months. No one really knows, and it appears on one really cares, who she really is.
Very sad.
Please end this flop era gracefully. Disappear from good. 🙁

When it comes to fame and all the “new” mega-stars/female artists/pop-stars in general; Madonna said it best “Anyone can get through the door, but staying in the room [stardom] is a whole different matter.” Time and time again this has proven to be true. Love or hate Madonna she has seen somethings, and paved the way for all these pop princess like Gaga; instead of copying Madonna’s musical style/shock tactics I think all of these pop princess need to study Madge’s business savvy.
