I hate to say it, but this vocal is better than the original. Not to say that Beyonce can’t sing this girl into the afterlife (she obviously can), but this ballad-style vocal is better than the original that Beyonce laid on the track.

    Excellent cover!

All these covers because her songs stay relevant… People are still covering listen, halo, speechless (from 2003). I was at a traditional Caribbean family function and everyone got turnt up to Love On Top, Ego and my 60 something year old Aunty said she likes 03 Bonnie & Clyde… Whether you like bey or not, her music reaches the older lot too cos she is TIMELESS, unlike some…

To be honest, she only stayed the chorus… She should’ve switched up the verses a bit… Her head voice is beautiful. Really wish she switched up the arrangements in the verses. Other than that, it was cute

I heard her cover Beyoncé song and either I’m missing something because I wasnt impressed. It was just alright, nothing soulful and that wasn’t even a jazz element.
