As Ciara is said to be readying an NBA All-Star Game performance, her ‘I’m Out’ pal Nicki Minaj has been announced as the headlining act for the forthcoming X Games!

Headlined by Kanye West last year, the X Games is annual ESPN-backed extreme sports event that will take place in Austin, Texas between June 4th and June 7th of this year.
On picking her to perform, the event’s vice president Tim Reed explained:
Having Nicki Minaj headline one of the nights of X Games Austin is going to be really fun. We still have other headliners to announce in the upcoming months but the mix of Nicki Minaj with world-class athletes will make for a must attend event in Austin.
Tickets for the event go on sale this Friday, and will be made available to the rapper’s fans, who’ll be pleased to learn she is piecing an unforgettable performance together for them.
She announced:
I look forward to channeling the energy and spirit from the X Games into a performance Austin will not forget.
