They may share a mutual friend in Pop cantor Rihanna, but it seems there’s no mending the broken bridge that once stood between performers Drake and Chris Brown.
Why? Recent remarks made by the latter during an interview to promote his latest album ‘Fan of a Fan 2.’

Speaking to ‘Hot 97’, Brown said when quizzed on his feud with the Young Money royal:
I can’t keep making these mfs famous. I’m responsible for a lot of reviving of careers. When I keep talking about somebody, I’m just making them hot.
His comments come just months after they “teamed up” to join Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne on the song ‘Only’ and after Drake took aim at Tyga’s alleged relationship with the underage television personality Kylie Jenner.
Brown fans will recognise Tyga as Brown’s collaborator on the ‘Fan of a Fan’ release, and a former member of the Young Money rap group, currently home to Drake, Minaj and their label boss Wayne.

Chris would be SO much more likeable if he kept it on mute sometimes. He only exudes charisma on stage. While that’s not a bad thing, this age of social media has only exaggerated his shortcomings. How is he gonna fix his mouth and say he’s ‘reviving’ Drake’s career? Aubrey has been on an upward trajectory since he made his debut in 2009 (the same year Chris nearly totalled his career after physically assaulting Rihanna). I’m not even some big Drake fan but his current standing in the music industry is an enviable one where he maintains ground as a Hip Hop artist while being marketable enough to appeal to a crossover audience that consists men and women of different races and age groups. He’s pretty much the leading Urban-Pop guy right now with the ALBUM SALES to match. Chris was on the brink of truly falling off two/three years ago so he shouldn’t be talking. The only careers he’s elevated are that of his doormat girlfriend, Karrueche and his bff, Tigger. Then again, I shouldn’t be surprised by his statements because this is the same delusional young man who ranked himself after James Brown and Michael Jackson in terms of greatness. Bye Chris.

For christ sake when was the last time any media outlet actually talked about his music or the moves he’s making on the charts. Look at the numbers boo, drake really doesn’t need you to do anything for him. However, you can do something for all of us regular folks who even give your lame ass the time of day at this point. Go back to rehab for say another 12 months, clean up your act and finally focus on music again. I think you have been given enough chances already, do something with it please.
