It’s so funny how many people d*** ride Kendrick so god damn much. This is actually just above trash line, the 2 singles he released we’re worth the wait especially Blacker the Berry but as usual when Kendrick release something it’s automatically the GOAT, and the lord KNOWS if any other good artist released this all hell would break loose!
WORLD STOP.
Shut that s*** up. “I” “The Blacker the Berry” and “King Kunta” all stand for something if you knew how to understand real rap. Is it the fact that he’s not rapping about being a “6 God” from the 6 with all his woes? Is it the fact that he won’t spend his complete album shading and dissing other rappers that he cares nothing about? When HE don’t GAF, he doesn’t GAF. He means what he says and says what he means. Kendrick Lamar isn’t a media puppet or any one mans ideal perspective of how a man, blackman at that, should be (The Blacker the Berry). He stands for black, cultural and economical empowerment but most important of all, self empowerment (I).To kill a mockingbird you may need two stones but to PIMP A BUTTERFLY you need self-respect first. No matter how u see it, he’s going to sell and he’s making a movement. He most likely will save all the dissing and shots that he ignited on Lose Control for his collab album with J Cole. Now.
CARRY ON.
I ain’t even about to read all that nonsense as your a stan and only have one outlook on everyone and are forever dickriding… I like Kendrick’s music ALOT, but if I’m not feeling something I’ll say my OPINION. Yes I know what Kendricks music is about and he says some deep and true s*** and supoorts black culture, but’s it’s not that deep to get defensive like that lmao, you gotta chill!
This is too funky…This album is gonna be so good.Rap album of the year for sure,so much meaning in all his songs…GOOD MUSIC
DRAKE> KENDRICK
Hahahaha
It must be taking all the strength in the world to stop Azealia Banks from jumping on twitter to drag him for saying ‘K***’
*Kūnt
lol I feel like this is what Yeezus was supposed to sound like. But I used to LOVE Kendrick. I hope he’ll make me a fan again after this album.
Looking forward to the album!
His music doesn’t do it for ME. I’m sick of Drake ish, I’m a fan of J. Cole.
Hmmmmmm…the lyrics are pretty deep and unapologetic (love it) but the production is too 90’s California G-Funk. It’s interesting overall. I’ll say that.
Meanwhile FourFiveSeconds is back in iTunes top 3
I like it. It is different from what is out right now. I don’t really listen to rap, but he’s one of the few I do check for. I’m sure the entire album as a whole will be great.
Very west coast G funk but lyrically as always Kendrick keeps wondering where he is going to go next. Definitely one of the new kings along with Drake, and J.Cole. Feeling Kendrick’s vibe so far.
