Why does anyone even care about sales when all that people do now is illegally download albums, songs, and vidoes. These sites are still up and running and are hurting artists by taking away all of the hard work and effort that they put into their art. “The Pinkprint” could have easily went Platinum in the early 2000’s. For example, an incredible artists like Tinashe only sold about 15k in her first week. I agree with #Tidal there is a need for more respect and proper monetary handling of music artists work nowadays.
