Moments ago, the ladies of The View welcomed R&B siren Ciara onto their show.
The glamazon stopped by to plug new album, ‘Jackie,’ which hit stores worldwide this week.
Naturally, the hosts didn’t shy away from the tough questions and quizzed the 29-year-old on her budding romance with football player Russell Wilson, as well as their recent visit to The White House.

With ‘I Bet’ a few weeks off its likely peak at radio, it’s understandable why it’s being milked for all it can. However, we’re more than ready for live showings of the divine ‘Dance Like We’re Making Love.’ Perhaps on the late night TV circuit?

I was like what she just whisper to her?!?.. So when I went back to look I’m like oh she had lipstick all over her teeth, and yeah I’m sure she’ll probably book the BET Awards. Excited about the upcoming singles to follow I BET.
I listened to the cd and most of it is pop oriented I was looking forward to something like goodies but she is all about growth this time around and the album expresses exactly where she is in life now that she see life the way that her mother sees it, great album

Wow the vocals were absolutely amazing. Ciara is a goddess and deserve nothing but success and respect. Jackie is a great album and also sales don’t matter Ciara never give up on your dreams.
DLWML definitely needs to be promoted it can easily make top 20.

I bought her album. A physical copy and digitally. I don’t care about numbers though. I love several artist, but she is my fave. Numbers aren’t gonna change the fact that she’s still one of the best at what she does and that people love her. Her single isn’t high on the HOT 100 or R&B Chart and she has barely did any MAJOR promo. I BET ???? her label and team are looking at the long term outlook of this project once they start to push DLWML & THIF. If they were worried about sales Im sure they wouldn’t have the released the album. Her sales will definitely increase to about 200k, once they start to push these crossover records. Which is the norm nowadays for most “popular” artist. I’m more so worried about the singles and what they will sell. She always has a major hit each era so she’ll be fine. If record companies were basing contracts off of album sales a lot the artist on the radio would be unsigned.
Sidenote: People have her album, they just downloaded it when it leaked for those couple days, as everyone’s album and/or single is posted on RnBxclusive or Viperial a few days ahead of release or as soon as it drops.
I seen her album had been downloaded over 11,000 times during the leak and around 6,000 times on Viperial. Not to mention all the other sites and Torrents.
