I drag Lana but Born to Die honestly was a great album. The two efforts following were trash so they got no coins. If she can recreate that magic for Honeymoon then she could sell again. I don’t see 5 million happening again but over 3 million forsure. I don’t like the title though. Sounds like an Ariana Grande album.

I think it’s an actual split between fans. A bunch of the privileged gay types think BTD is better while critics and a lot of people who used to hate her prefer UV. I prefer the latter, but Lana never disappoints so as long as Honeymoon has the cohesiveness of UV with the poppier sound of BTD (but not as overproduced) it’ll be a win-win situation and she’ll officially take the throne of Queen Of Alternative for good (and effectively END Borde).

Commercially: Her stats are weak. She may have outperformed Lady Gaga this last era (finally) but still none of her achievements are as big as Gaga´s, which will always be there even if she disappears.
