‘Finna Get Loose‘ performer Diddy is reportedly planning to sue BET less than 48 hours after he performed at their 15th annual award show.

The star took to the 2015 BET Awards ceremony to relaunch his solo career with a Bad Boy Records reunion.
Alas, his stellar performance isn’t the reason he made headlines the following day. For, after the rapper Lil Kim was elevated to the stage from beneath it, the hole that was carved to make way for her entrance wasn’t closed.
The result? Diddy fell right through it.
Now, a new report claims he is planning to sue the award show for it.

Bad Boy Records Founder, Diddy, is reportedly suing BET along with Viacom for a fall during an awards show performance at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday. According to Diddy’s publicist, he believe the hole on the stage and that his fall was a publicity stunt for BET at his expense. “It’s funny how I magically fall into a hole after the whole UCLA episode. I’m not stupid, I am the king of marketing. I know BET’s strategy and now they’ve gotta pay up, nothing’s free when it comes to Diddy” explains Diddy.
