Drake To Headline ‘Austin City Limits Festival’

Drake is to headline the ‘Austin City Limits Music Festival’ as he continues to welcome praise for lashing his rival Meek Mill lyrically with the song ‘Back to Back.’

The two-weekend festival runs October 2-4 and 9-11 at Zilker Park and will welcome Drake to its stage on both Saturdays in support of his forthcoming album ‘Views From the 6’ which is yet to score a release date.

Weekend one: Alabama Shakes
Weekend two: Modest Mouse

Sunday
Both weekends: The Weeknd, Alt-J, Hozier, Of Monsters and Men, The Decemberists, Chance the Rapper, Ben Howard, Nero, Dwight Yoakam, Vance Joy, Lord Huron and Sylvan Esso.

The Grammy-winning performer is expected to perform the aforementioned ‘Back’ during his sets after learning of its success on the Rhythmic radio format thanks to spins awarded to it by the likes of New York’s Hot 97 and iHeart Media’s Power 105.1.
