Award season is upon us!

And  for Adele, the success story of her ’25’ album continues to add new pages. The latest comes courtesy of the BRIT Awards 2016.

Nominations for the UK’s equivalent of the Grammys were announced moments ago and unsurprisingly, the ‘Hello’ singer is at the forefront

The fourth-quarter arrival of the LP last year means it’s not eligible for many of this year’s biggest award shows; however it’s undeniably fitting that the BRITs is the first that it is.

Find out which honors  Ms. Adkins is up for at the February 24th ceremony below, where the full list of nominations also awaits.

These brit awards will be nice little action figures for her baby

    • maurice January 14, 2016

Adele will win all, the whole show will be about her, they will lick her b*** to the point where it’s sparkling.
The only song I’ve heard from her is Hello and that other one; I don’t buy into hype, sorry, though I do congratulate her on her success.
I’ll prolly skip the brits this year.

hmmmm I reckon Amy will win best female, for obvious reasons. But other than that Adele will win everything else.

    Amy Winehouse>>>>>Adele

but I don’t understand why Amy is there? Did she even have a new album out last year?

  6. RASHAD January 14, 2016

Can they just mail Adele all her awards & cancel the ceremoney? I mean why even have all those other nominees get all dressed & attend when we all know she will win every category lol!

  7. iSpeakTruthNoFallacy January 14, 2016

    • Lou January 14, 2016

      It’s not interesting.

      He’s been to the U.K many times…

Go on YouTube and type in ‘Kendrick Lamar UK interview’.

  9. Theman January 14, 2016

    No Adele >>>>>>>>!

  10. Grande the Way January 14, 2016

Congrats to Ariana, I think she has a good chance of winning this. If she does, she will have won every major award in music except a Grammy (Billboard Award, VMA, AMA, EMA). All within 3 years too.

  11. LDN Chick January 14, 2016

Amy winehouse music and voice is far more authentic, evocative and not watered down, generic pop like Adele.

    • What now January 14, 2016

Commenting every 3 hours? You’re obsessed with Adele.

      • LDN Chick January 15, 2016

Stalking when I comment? You’re obsessed with me..

  12. Slayty Perry ( 2 Diamond Singles) January 14, 2016

The Brit Awards are almost as stale as the American Music Awards. Its like the same 5 artist have been nominated in the same categories for the last 6 years.

  13. another taken day something ain’t wrong January 15, 2016

Nice and some of those artists I never heard of before

  14. King B January 15, 2016

Congrats Adele and Ellie Goulding! And of course, LANA DEL REY for international artist! I thought Rihanna is the MOST GLOBAL SUPERSTAR??? Even Beyoncé is nominated.

    • Trulondon January 15, 2016
