Chart Check: Justin Bieber Pushes Adele Further Down Hot 100

Justin Bieber cemented his monopoly on the Hot 100’s upper dectet this week with hits ‘Love Yourself’ and ‘Sorry.’

After dethroning longtime chart champion Adele just two weeks ago with the latter, the former has now pushed her from the #2 spot and entered him in history books as the youngest act to simultaneously occupy the #1 and #2 spots on the Hot 100.

Joining his previous Hot 100 accomplishments as “youngest act to debut at number 1”  and “youngest act to log 3 songs in the top 10 simultaneously,” it’s pretty safe to say Bieber is hotter than ever!  As if that’s not enough, industry analysts predict the Grammy-nominated beau will replace himself on the chart’s summit next week.

Until we find out if such is true, tuck in below to see this week’s chart check:

I wonder how many weeks Anti era will last? 5 weeks max?

Oviouslly many care, including me. I care for Rihanna though! She is the digital queen. I hate the new song but at the end of the day she is #1 in 88 countries on Itunes. I love Beyonce and I am a true Lamb. I am a lamb first though so I don’t like the fact that she is #1 with a bad song. Her earlier work carried much better quality, like Diamonds in the sky. It is what it is.

I hate that Adele is #3 now but she will be #1 again after the grammys. But i will be honest im actually happy Justin is doing good his album is one of my favs of 2015.no we need tobget selena gomez off the charts.

I this people are just tired of the damn song, it been 3 months, it’s time to move on.

Justin has 3 different singles out. Adele has had the same one from the start. So this is very misleading.

    • LmfaoHoe January 28, 2016

Please don’t you ever compare this to the classic that is Confession. This boy ain’t even close smh.

Calm down and pick up your granny panties. I didn’t say his album is like Confessuons, I simply said its his Confessions moment, meaning by HIS standards. He’s having a slew of consecutive #1 hits and his album is selling really well in this musical climate, the same way Usher slayed in 2004. Not saying his album is as good nor selling as much as Confessions did, but for JB’s career this is his peak moment. So chill.
