Kesha‘s ongoing legal battle with Dr. Luke reached new heights hours ago.
Following Adele’s decision to throw her support behind the ‘Backstabber’ chanteuse at the BRITs two nights ago, the entertainer has learned that her fans staged a protest outside Sony headquarters in a bid to see her freed from the contract which ties her to her alleged rapist.
Luke had this to say about the allegations.
Until now I haven’t commented on the lawsuits, which should be resolved in court not here on Twitter.
It’s a shame that there’s so much speculation out there basing itself on so little information.
The only truly objective person who knows the facts is the judge. The judge did not rule in Kesha’s favor on Friday
I understand why people without all the information are speaking out. I can appreciate their compassion.
But lives can get ruined when there’s a rush to judgment before all the facts come out. Look what happened at UVA, Duke etc.
of course any sane person is against rape and sexual assault but everybody who is commenting is doing so without knowledge or facts.
They are getting behind an allegation only – motivated by money.

These less than smart protestors don’t understand the half of it. Not about music industry or about legal/contracts.
Kesha isn’t signed to SONY, she is merely distributed by then she is exclusively signed to Dr. Luke, his Kemosabe label.
On top of that why are you convicting a man before he is proven to be guilty.
Regardless she should not be able to escape her contract free of cost because then this will set a precedent for all labels and future deals.
Like Kesha and some of her songs,the beats are great but i have a Strong feeling that Kesha is lying, and the feeling that she is lying about r*** etc only get stronger and stronger every time i read about it.
Hope im wrong but my feelings are telling me strongly that im NOT.
I hate to say it, but I agree. Something tells me she is lying just o get out of her contract. Clearly we are now seeing she signed an unbelievably horrible contract when she was 18. Shes had hits songs, and claims she is broke, and still has 6 more albums. Shes quietly complained about her more recent music. And for a long time now, has wanted to do a country album. She probably has no artistic freedom, and after Dr. Luke and Sony get their cut, she probably gets pennies per album sold. She wants out!!!
Kesha.. CHANGE YOUR STAGE NAME . he has a deal with Kershaw the brand but change your name to something else so you can release new music without him.
That could work, It all depends on the terms of the contract she signed in blood.
I don`t think she is lying, the only ones who can possible know what happen in backstage are the artist, and so many woman in the industry, as Lady gaga, are giving her a full support, probably because they know the truth. Kesha has the courage to go against a problem that a lot of artist know, but in the begging of their career prefer hide.
