Macklemore isn’t done with ‘Team’ player Iggy Azalea.

Following the release of his number ‘White Privilege II’, the cut in which he blasts her sketchy dealings with race and racism, he has shared fresh thoughts on the matter.

Will her fans love or loathe what he has to say?

Find out below…

In an interview with ‘Billboard’ he explained:

I don’t think people understood that I’m in my own head saying, ‘You’re Miley, you’re Elvis, you’re Iggy Azalea’ — I’m talking about myself

Iggy and I came up together. We were on the XXL ‘Freshmen’ cover together. There’s enough of a relationship that I should have let her know beforehand. And I didn’t do that. However, that relationship still hasn’t been mended. “I haven’t talked to her.

When asked about Eminem‘s white privilege he declared:

He’s a white person who raps. think regardless of where you come from or how amazing you are, you’re still a white person appropriating a black art form.

Do you agree?

Funny how Macklemore didn’t say Eminem, Vanilla Ice and himself in the song…he decided to include two females instead…and Elvis was already mentioned in Public Enemy’s classic Fight The Power AND Eminem’s Without Me…and he can’t use the excuse that Eminem’s name didn’t rhyme, cause Macklemore’s lyrics hardly ever rhyme… he was just scurred, mmmmmhmm lol 🙂

Sorry but Macklemore you’re fake af, I truly believe you’ve involved yourself in all this commotion just to get approval from black people. He probably couldn’t care less.
    Not fooling me.

Pretty much. Ever since he got those undeserved Grammy’s a few years ago, he’s been pushing this phony “woke white guy” card to fend off a backlash that he knows he should be getting. Very transparent.

And Eminem’s lyrical clap back starts in 5,4,3,2,1.

He’s back tracking like a coward. You weren’t comparing yourself to two women, one who doesn’t even rap.

Eminem is the exception of the rule. Em just a dopr rapper, period. No one questions his success. The rest are trash. Rap become so corny and sad that now anyone can just walk in with an ok flow and a singing hook and get a hit. But bye bye, your song and album flopped. Iggy should be worried.

    The problem with white acts
Short term success black artists make legendary ground breaking music…. White artists peak early then fizzle offf even in the UK despite all the UK industry has done to supress their black acts artist like miss dynamite lethal b and Wiley have all had careers which have spanned over a decade and still getting top 10’s i doubt macklemore will be around jn 10yrs its a freaking joke stop trying to pretend like u care macklemore he just clocked them crackas were using him as part of their racist agenda

Black artists aren’t suppressed. It just takes more for them to stand out because the vast majority of the population isn’t Black. Go to any Asian country, you’ll see the most popular artists are Asian. Go to Africa and you’ll find most popular artists are Black. Go to Central and South America and the vast majority of popular artists will be Hispanic. That’s just the way it is. The fact that Black artists how so much representation in the music industry (FAR higher than their 13% of the total populace) should be proof enough that there is no suppression going on.

NO ONE with an ounce of respect for themselves appreciates being pandered to like they’re some silly child that needs to affirmation. Go fu ck yourself Macklemore. I can’t believe the same guy who made a real breakthrough song about homophobia in hip hop can be this same guy pandering and apologizing for nothing other than to hopefully receive some letter of approval from Black people.

Eminem isn’t a “White guy who raps” he’s a rapper who happens to be White. No one who battled and lost to him when he was upcoming would call him a White guy doing a Black art form. That would be disrespectful to Em and his ability as well as to rap itself.

If you want Black people’s approval, do it with your raps. Eminem got their approval, even fu cking Sam Smith got a good amount of Black love and he’s not just White – he’s gay!
