After seeing her latest hit, the Drake-assisted ‘Work,’ work its way to #1 for a 7th week, the singer assisted fellow chart-toppers Adele and Justin Bieber extend an interesting run on the tally’s perch.

“Work” is the record-breaking ninth Hot 100 No. 1 in a row by non-U.S.-born acts(with Rihanna from Barbados and Drake from Canada), while this week marks the record-extending 39th straight week that non-American talent has led the Hot 100.
It should be noted an American born act has not ruled the Hot 100 since Wiz Khalifa‘s ‘See You Again’ in July 2015.
