How so? The star recouped the amount she spent on the live show long before its European leg was due to start.

I agree, with the other delays and now this obviously touring is not feasible and/or profitable enough for her. But she is disrespecting her fans who purchased tickets with the expectation of a show. She should retire and enjoy life without making promises that she can’t keep. If this is really just about poor sales then all the more reason to retire.

Janet was amazing back in the day, but it’s obvious that she is past her prime and can’t hang in the big leagues unlike Madonna who just wrapped up Rebel Heart World Tour and had 100% sold out shows at each of her stops. I think it truly sucks that Janet cancelled the remaining cities on her tour, but went to Dubai and did the one show that paid her a s*** ton of money. She is just materialistic! Not Cool Janet!

Wow! This wasn’t expected! I never thought Janet Jackson would be a mom! I felt like choosing motherhood just didn’t make sense to Janet before now. She seemed so dedicated to her career and other things for so long and was fine with the idea of being the only female Pop star that will forever childless. I always leave a comment and then go back up to read everyone else’s. The level of insensitivity is ridiculous! Janet’s already had big tours, big albums sales, big hits on a zillion charts, so why should she make this a priority now?! She’ll be 50 next year, not 30 (or even 40)! How long do some of you guys expect for her to put off something like this? Think about it, she’ll be a FIFTY year old woman expecting her first child!
