Bruno Mars Sets Album Release Month / Money Issues To Blame For Management Split?

Bruno Mars’ new album is to drop in the final quarter of 2016.

Good news below…

His last set ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’ has moved 6 million units worldwide since its December 7th 2012 release and will receive a follow-up this November.

Yet to score a release date, the project will stand at his first since he shocked industry insiders by leaving the talent agency William Morris Endeavour to join their rival Creative Artists Agency.

Hits Daily Double:

It’s generally known that after Bruno split, WME agent John Marx got to the superstar and seriously dissed the latter’s then-manager, Brandon Creed. It’s alleged Marx charged (1) that Creed had gotten a fee from CAA to bring Mars over and not disclosed it to the artist; and (2) that Creed received elephant bucks for the prior sale of his management company and didn’t share the wealth with his clients for that either. Some insiders feel this was the reason Mars and Creed split. It’s thought by others, however, that the two actually parted ways because the artist decided to bring his management operation in house and wanted to pay a flat fee for Creed’s services, an arrangement Creed declined.

The reputable publication adds that Mars is currently in the studio building material for the LP which is set to rival new projects to be launched by Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and Rihannapotentially.

Just make sure CI-MAN makes it down the wedding aisle this time around. P.S DID U SEE THE LATEST BOXSCORE THO…62 MILLION FROM 11 DATES..IT MUST HURT YOU TO SEE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Molly May 26, 2016

Kiii what happen to “sorry” being the breakout hit from Sugar water?
        ________

        Billboard Hot 100: #40(-9) Sorry, @Beyonce [4 weeks]. *peak #11* ?????

    • Surprise..DEC 2013 May 26, 2016

IT IS NOT ON SPOTIFY FOOL……..Work by FRIHANNA for example has been out of the top 10 of itunes for a while but is still on billboard top 10 because of streaming. Get ur s*** together troll……….THE FORMATION WORLD TOUR IS ABOUT TO BE THE HIGHEST GROSSING FEMALE TOUR OF ALL TIME AND YET U THINK BEYONCE GIVES A S*** ABOUT SORRY SELLING. On the other hand, CI-MAN has been degraded to a secondhand host of award shows but never a performer and just HE just remains the invited joker at the cool people’s party.

      • Rory May 26, 2016

The highest female gross of all time? Ummmm I don’t think it’ll get there but definitely close. Madonna’s record will be hard to beat

“IT IS NOT ON SPOTIFY FOOL……..Work by FRIHANNA for example has been out of the top 10 of itunes for a while but is still on billboard top 10 because of streaming.”
        .
So wit all the excuses you’re making, you’re saying streaming out holds itunes sales? Rihanna always ahead of you lames.

  2. Christina Aguilera May 26, 2016

We need music …. Grammy’s commin

  3. IStan4Rihanna. May 26, 2016

Why he chose not to release an album within the four month time frame that “Uptown Funk” had the world at its finger tips… is beyond me!

    .

Nonetheless, I hope he prevails this era. He is one of this generation’s top “Pop Boys”; we don’t have many of them so he needs to keep the momentum going! Bring it, King!

    • Surprise..DEC 2013 May 26, 2016

True, but i hope he takes a risk with his next album, his last album was ok. I just want him to be more experimental with his music. P.S DID U SEE HOW FORMATION TOUR IS SLAYING THO…62 MILLION FROM 11 DATES.

      • IStan4Rihanna. May 26, 2016

Of course I have. She is collecting loose wigs in straw baskets (LOL) and deservedly so. This is touring we’re speaking of and you’d have to be delusional to not admit that’s where Beyoncé absolutely dominates.

        .

I’ll be seeing her in July too along with my Rih. 😉

    • JOHNVIDAL May 26, 2016

Just because Rihanna is in serious need of any desperate measure she can get doesn´t mean a super talented artist like Bruno Mars needs it too. Judging by his two previous albums and his overall success at all fronts I think he´ll be fine and that he´ll outsell Rihanna regardless of the moment. That´s for sure.

      • IStan4Rihanna. May 26, 2016

Why do you feel the need to write your shíť in my reply box when I pay your Spanish ass dust all the time?

        .

I genuinely could care less about what the fúćk you have to rant/say.

        .

        Peace!

    • Stephon Jackson May 26, 2016

Well, he actually writes & produces his own music … So, he doesn’t really have the luxury to record an album within 2 months & put it out. It takes time with artist like him. Also, he was already on tour during that massive “Uptown Funk” slayage.

Bruno should play my baby Prince in a biopic about his life

  5. well well May 26, 2016

    good good. tho…
    .
why should he have money problems? managements think they can own the people and make them buy out of it? isn’t that industry ‘slavery’? not just managing. down with that sh*t. they gotta play nicer. those foul a*ses.

  6. Danzou May 26, 2016

Idk bruno albums never do it for me. There’s always only one or two songs that I ever like off of his projects. “Our first time” is my favorite song from his first project. Other than that I kinda think he’s basic. If he was dark skinned the world wouldn’t take kindly to him. Not to mention his addictions have deteriorated his vocal ability. I still think he’s a good performer tho and he has great writing skill.

  7. LB May 26, 2016

I don’t know why he has taken too long, I need another Bruno Mars album in my library.
    ,
His voice is simply angelic, it absolutely melts in my ears and brings about a certain emotion when I’m listening to his music.
    ,
He and End Sheeran, I would bottom for if they sang for me

    • LB May 26, 2016

      *Ed

    • Danzou May 26, 2016

He’s been having legal troubles lately not to mention his addictions. That’s probably why he’s taken so long. He’s been withdrawing.

    • What Now May 26, 2016

I think if Ed sang for you, it would mean you topped him already. ?

  8. JOHNVIDAL May 26, 2016

He´s the most talented man in mainstream. The most successful of the last 6 years too. The break between albums 2 and 3 is going to be a 4-year-break. It will probably be great.

  9. LB May 26, 2016

OMG the creepers are already $OLD OUT. Allegedly they sold out in 30 min

  10. Danzou May 26, 2016

Yall ever notice that there’s no male vocalists that are great for our generation? We don’t have a maxwell or an up and coming usher or jodeci or any great male talent like Luther vandross. There’s a lot of potential female talent but no males. All the males have lackluster vocals, light skin or white skin, and are sexually charged visually and lyrically. There’s no real male talent these days.

    • Coolness May 26, 2016

I’ve been saying for years that it’s the ladies in R&B that are are doing more for the genre in terms of vocal and lyrical ability. However, the industry is ran by men so they are often ignored. The leading men in “R&B” today, Chris, Abel (The Weeknd), Trey, Bryson and August are all mediocre vocally.

      • Danzou May 26, 2016

Exactly i totally agree and every one of those “leading” artists have light skin. It’s so sad. And at this point it’s not the artists nor the labels fault. It’s the buying public. If, let’s say, drake was dark skin do you honestly think that he’d be THIS huge? In my opinion no. It’s crazy.

    • Hi May 26, 2016

Bruno Mars might be light skin, but his mainstream success as a hispanic/asian male artist is encouraging. I hope he continues to do great.

      • Danzou May 26, 2016

A Hispanic Asian artist singing music that belongs to BLACK culture. And like I said if he was dark skinned you wouldn’t find him nearly as encouraging as you do now. Sell that crap to someone else.

      • Hi May 26, 2016

Wow haha this was my first time commenting on a forum. Thank you for your kind response Danzou. I wasn’t actually saying you were wrong, I was just trying to see something positive. I do agree with you that dark skin artists are underrepresented in the mainstream in the music industry. I hope you have a nice day. I will now leave this forum, I don’t think internet commenting is for me. Wait! I have yet to use capital letters to express something important! I LOVE A&W BURGERS. No, this won’t do it. I will definitely just stop commenting.

      • Danzou May 26, 2016

Please don’t play the victim. If I’m too aggressive for you then my bad but you completely dismissed the point I was making just to say that you found him encouraging. Finding him encouraging had nothing to do with what I was saying.

  11. CherylSoldierr May 26, 2016

Why is the Natalie la rose Stan always the first commenter seething about beyonce? The maid hops from D to D like the weak servant she is
