The lead up to Chris Brown‘s next studio album faces fresh trouble today after the Urban Pop prince was forced to leave an Ibiza rental home hours ago.

Following run-ins with his publicist and his former manager the artist has now been accused of vitiating a home he rented in Ibiza.
According to police files obtained by TMZ, the property was damaged by carvings made into its walls, urine and vomit. Said damages are why its landlord is seeking $60,000 after claiming that he is still owed $26,000 in rent.
A rep for Brown claims the latter has now been resolved, citing a banking error made by the landlord as the reason it was not received in time.
