Her version of the number joins her latest single ‘Super Love’ which was released last week and surfaces as reports indicate that she has found a new collaborator in Calvin Harris.
Could their supposed union see her pick up a smash hit or two?

I have been following Tinashe since stargazing and i am really disappointed in how her label has been treating her. She worked very hard to get to where she is and for what? To be treated like this? I actually want to become an artist but watching what they did to her is scary!
Now that she has Calvin, I’d personally feel secondhand embarrassment for her if she doesn’t get another U.S. hit. It’s been too damn long and I’m ready for her to make her way in this urban-pop arena.

Tinashe has completely sabotaged herself if she is publicly dating Calvin. I sincerely hope she isn’t stepping into the studio with him, because she is moving further and further away from her niche urban sound that her core-fanbase love and support. Furthermore when they break up (which will definitely happen), he’ll definitely try to smear her name. You can do better gurl!
The question is whether she even has a core fan base. She’s still new to most people
She does have some elite fans tho and they have been rocking with her since her mixtape days, but as you mentioned she is still relatively new to the industry. This is even more reason for her to keep a low profile and avoid tabloid drama.
