There is nothing complicated Yonce does with her voice, she just has a good technique for her style of voice, which is thinner. I had gold circle tickets, just like I did when I saw Rihanna, and she was so close to me on several occasions. My favourite parts of the show were the “Formation” opening, her singing “1+1 & Love On Top” and the “Rocket, Baby Boy & CIL/B’LICIOUS/NG” showcases.

I can most certainly appreciate her as a live entertainer and she is, without a doubt, one of the best of her generation in terms of stylised & well executed performance.

P.S: My friend who works for Wembley Stadium IT support said that Rihanna did “63K” for one show whereas Beyoncé may have done “72K” for the first show and “74K” for the second show though we’ll see in the boxscores anyhow!

This is so false boo. Yonka’s voice is actually thicker & mature. She’s developed a full on Mezzo-Contralto’s voice. Her overall voice has dropped. Her voice during the DC/early -mid 00s was actually a bit nasal. She had a naturally higher (and more immature as in girlish) vocal tone/larynx.

Her voice is actually more controlled, fuller & stronger. It’s just her upper belts are more-so limited due to her voice becoming naturally lower & finally evolving into a full on contralto. Contrary to popular belief but Beyonka has never been a full on Soprano. But, as you stated her excellent vocal technique (specifically during her high larynx days) made many believe she was.

You have to understand how the business works. An artist’s deal on tour is either a guarantee per venue or a percentage of ticket sales per show, depending on whichever is higher. Typically artists get $500K per arena and close to $700K to $1 million per stadium (also depends on level of sponsorship, merch..etc).

Anyway with regards to attedance, most shows are never truly sold out, they are usually bought up by ticket scalpers. That is why some shows might appear “sold out” but have lower attedance than “non sold out shows”; it all depends on how many tickets the scalpers have bought up.

Yonce is good at touring, but you have to realize the marketing behind the Formation Tour. She announced this tour right after the Superbowl performance, to a large audience, though much much lower than previous Superbowl performances.

I think Madonna would have needed one hell of a marketing campaign to sell out another stadium tour after MDNA. Her fan base is winding down, it might not seem so because she is massive, but that is the reality of the business, or any business for that matter. Eventually you’ll be in your maturity stage, and have to wind down what you can churn out to meet demand.

Yes fRih and LegendYoncé both sold out Wembley and they had the same bottom corner sections empty. The difference is Strugleanna had loads of empty gaps in the sections that were for sale. Beyoncé ticket’s were more expensive and the GP still bought the inflated secondary market ticket’s hence why Bey’s stadium was packed! Now StruggleAnna on the other hand couldn’t even get the GP to purchase her inflated ticket prices which is why the heaux had an attendance of 60k when compared to Bey’s 80k and 75k LOLOL!!! So stop with these fuxking excuses!! The bottom line is fRih isn’t a great performer and the GP realise that. She is only good for hit singles. But sadly all them hits couldn’t draw a crowd of 80k like Bey who has less hits ?????

Beyonce is a mezzo coloratura. Just like Tori Kelly, Jasmin Sullivan, and Mariah Carey. MEZZO, meaning they use rifts and runs and amazing dramas with ease. They are very powerful vocalist but somehow soft in tone as well. It’s crazy. Coloratura’s always win haha
I’m no vocal expert, but Tori could never hit the lows that Jaz, Bey and Mimi can hit. She has a really bright, girlish tone but her runs are sick.
Trust me, I’m no Tori Kelly fan lol but the girl is definitely a coloratura. She’s not as seasoned as Beyonce but she does have a resounding voice with amazing runs and vibrato. You must not be very familiar with her music. Look up her vocal performances .
