Saturday Night Live [SNL] kicks off its 42nd season this tomorrow night on NBC.
Amid the unveiling of his new single ‘Starboy’ and new makeover, The Weeknd will be the musical guest for the premiere – joining the episode’s host, actress Margot Robbie.
As is routine, the hype machine is is already revved up. Case in point a new teaser.
Peep Robbie and anchor Keenan Thompson team up to tackle the “imposter” Weeknd in the show’s promo clip below.
Known for his tree-like locs, the Toronto born singer sizzled on SNL as a musical guest last Fall performing his then no. 1 single ‘The Hills.’ Let’s see if the “Starboy” crooner is able to soar on the SNL stage with his new look.

I love his cute little, shy guy voice. But I was really here for the eye-rolling and side eye he served Ms. Margot. Lol.
Girl. you know fully well he may appeal to black culture but in life he is a White boy. He dates white women — which is a coverup i’m sure – he likes eye makeup, dresses like a white skate boarder. He’s using us to sell records and Ignores being black. In 5 years once the record buying public realizes he has Zero vocal ability — he will marry a older white man and retire.

Doesn’t he seem like the type of mysterious guy that stays posted up in the back of a strip club occasionally coming near the stage to tip the dancers politely, but when they come up to him to give him a lapdance he acts all nonchalant and holier-than-thou? Lol!
