It’s been a quiet two years for Jessie J following the release of ‘Bang Bang’ and its housing album ‘Sweet Talker.’

But the British belter turns the volume all the way up with new song ‘Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.’

A cover of the Frankie Valli classic, J’s rendition is paired with a campaign for cosmetics line Make-Up For Ever.

In the Rankin directed video, which was just released, the 28-year-old flaunts a variety of different looks while working werking the camera like a seasoned pro.

Watch her in action below…

Slayed.

Bring on the new music already!

Agreed she gives pink. Look and voice. But anyone this woman is so beautiful and voice is everything. Its so impossible to figure out which artist will catch on here in the U.S and which don’t. It really has nothing to do with talent, nor even beauty in some cases. I can think of 1million beautiful and talented girls that career just never took off. Anyway, I said all of that to say this Jessie should be one of the front runners in the industry.

Well jessie j’s case, her music has just been very lackluster and it all sounds the same and she tends to over sing. I think if she pulled back on the singing and she went in a different musical direction, I think she could definitely find more succes on her own without any features

I put Jessie J and Demi Lovato in the same category- Both are talented and pretty, but put out (for the most part) basic, generic music.

I really believe the more the artist WANTS to break out in the US the less chance they have. Look at Adelle or even PSY compared to Rita Ora and CL. the latter are so TRY HARD to fit in in the US. If CL sang in Korean or if Rita Ora wasnt trying to fit into the US sound they would take of in a heartbeat.

the foriegn breakouts in the US have always had their own sound. Lorde also for example.

      BE YOUSELF 🙂

You’re very right. I also think that Jessie J has two other problems. The first problem is that she The second problem is that she doesn’t have a distinctive sound, look, or brand. The field is crowded and for females and all the spots are taken. Jessie can blow, but Adele has the known voice. She’s a great performer, but she’s no Beyonce. Her pop music and relate-ability to the American core is nothing compared to T Swift. Yeah she looks stunning in the video above, yet your saying to yourself, “yeah she looks good but it looks like Rihanna did it two years ago with twice the swag.” I have mad respect for Jessie as Who You Are and Wild are my favorite songs from her.

This video is great but vocally the song is all over the place, it’s way too busy. It’s like she’s trying to do too much in one song

Short hair looks so good on her. Very old Pink, but she doesn’t sound like her tho. Pink’s voice always had a rockers edge to it, J is more on the soul/R&B side.

She’s come a long way. Worked for many talented U.S artists both in front and behind the scenes. All the best to her upcoming album in 2017.

Boring. She really does the most to fit in and get attention. She was cool back in her ‘price tag’ days, now shes just a mess. Wow I used to be so in love with that Do it like a dude song. She had this bad b**** attitude that i liked about her. Stop with this s*** pop diva thing and get your own unique style Ms jessie!

Just being real, Jessie is one of the most dynamic vocalists to ever come out of the UK. She has had some great material, but she has been inconsistent with said great material. She should stay in the Urban Pop lane, as she shines in that genre. I do like a lot of her more Pop songs, but her vocal stylings can come across as “too much” or “over-singing” to some on those types of songs. I think with the right direction, she can solidify her spot in the industry. She is a legend in the making.

    Like the different looks.
Was kinda a throwback seeing her “do it like a dude” look/style in part of this vid
