Totally unexpected for me that she did a video for this song. I cannot see it anywhere but oh well, I´ll wait.
What I´m truly loving is her slayage in general. She behaved like a real artist and changed direction (a real change) and stood by it and by her album and by the dates in general. She keeps being booked for any major event (how wouldn´t she? industry loves her, you cannot defeat talent like that); she made this album survive despite the change and the long backlash campaign she has been facing for at leats 3 years, starting with selling almost 200k copies first week when all the haters were predicting less than 100k lol; they said they should cancel her Halftime show cause there was no hype and it was going to flop… only for them to start saying right after the event that it wasn´t all that with all the hype that had taken place before the event (what hype? They were saying there was no hype for her performance, would be good to make up one´s mind :)); and finally, numbers come in and turn out she has had the first increase in ratings since Madonna´s Halftime show, meaning it´s been the most successful since then. She truly killed it and I think everybody should accept when talent wins; one last thing the sales increase is being way bigger than what they had also predicted… I´m just loving it!
Like I said months ago, music is the important thing, and talent and I said she would probably never see commercial success like that ever again, but that it didn´t matter cause she was making boss moves regarding talent and that her career was here to stay. But damn it it turns out she is also doing well despite the mentioned things. Love it 🙂

The video is giving me BTW teas and that’s a good thing but people are making the mistake of putting Gaga in the same lane as her contemporaries. She’s dueting with Metallica at the Grammys, did a Jazz album with Tony Bennett, won a Golden Globe for acting, slayed the Super Bowl and is filming a movie. Her trajectory is more similar to Barbara Streisand or Bette Midler than to Beyoncé or Rihanna’s. You can’t box this queen.

Yessss!! Not got through the whole video yet for no other reason than time restraints but liking what I see so far!! This is the kind of GaGa she should have brought the whole era. Showing a more human side to her but also having that little flash of eccentricity that she’s known for. That black outfit is everything! And the choreo is back!! This is the perfect way of bridging the gap between old and new I wanna see. Maybe this song just lends itself more to that. It has a lot of personality from the bit I heard. Thumbs up from me!!
