Yes, 13 years ago and 13 years later she’s still an up-in-coming rapper that is trying to make a post-prison comeback off using, once again, Fat Joe… and now Nicki Minaj. Why didn’t she blow up after “Lean Back?” She had all the momentum necessary. But she’s her own worst enemy. Remy has continually made fun of Foxy for her hearing loss, there’s even a YouTube video where she talks about it and sounds like a straight up bully. And let me inform you about the Hip Hop Honors last year. VH1 and Mona Scott had everything to do with that – it aired on VH1 and was a VH1 production. Remy is on Love & Hip Hop which is on VH1 and so is Cardi B – which explains their relationship. So do you really think that is unity? Those rappers she “honored” are not currently active in hip-hop and are therefore not a threat to Remy, so of course she did Mona Scott a favor by “honoring” them. Young MA is not really the typical “female” rapper, being a newcomer, and only had 1 song… so of course Remy will work with her.
