Hits Daily Double hints at a new Drake album possibly dropping as a “surprise” this weekend. The set is touted as housing 20 newly recorded tracks that would arrive via YMCMB/Republic.

According to U.K. sources, much of the LP was recorded with British and European collaborators during Drake’s January-February Boy Meets World Tour of Europe and the U.K., as he begins to make his brand more global.

Then again, with ‘Views’ having sold 1.6 million in pure sales and a whopping total of 4.14 million with streaming (both in the US alone), Drizzy clearly has an audience. An active one at that.

Just like you said , a singer can sing better and a rapper can rap better . Just like a singer can sing better than Beyoncé or MJ and a dancer , dance better than her/him , but no one can mix it and do what they do , same for Nicki . Give credit to these hybrid artist , being polyvalent shouldn’t be looked at like a bad thing.

It hasn’t been a year since he released that long ass audiobook “Views From Canada”. He’s not interesting anymore, he’s just there with great promo.
I just hope he makes visuals for the singles this time. I will never get over wondering what a One Dance or Controlla video would look like.
He signed a new deal with Cash Money so I don’t see him releasing album after album to get off that label. Either way it’s just too much.
