Katy Perry’s ‘Chained to the Rhythm’ Enjoys Chart Resurgence

Published: Monday 10th Apr 2017 by David

It’s safe to say that Katy Perry‘s comeback plans haven’t yielded the results many thought they would.

Perhaps lost in a chart fray caused by Pop’s latest batch of nondescript upstarts, her new single ‘Chained to the Rhythm‘ has failed to become just as impactful as her earlier hits.

Worrying, as hits stand as the lifeblood of Perry’s career and the impressive album sales she’s always pulled in.

However, thanks to her fans in the United Kingdom, the cut has enjoyed a chart resurgence.

The song soared six places higher in the chart last week thanks to numbers generated by pure sales and streams after fans learned that she is to rock Glastonbury 2017.

Peaking at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, the jam was co-written by ‘Little Man’ performer Sia and leads the way for Perry’s fifth studio album which is yet to nab a release date.

Will the song enjoy a similar narrative in the United States?

Katy Perry has known to stay in the top 5 Longer then that ,That’s why!
look at Bruno mars for example his album 24K Magic was number (2) 24KMagic-Single (4) That’s What I Like (2). Seems our raining Pop hot shots may have took to long of a brake in between
