Iggy Azalea Talks The Tanking Of ‘Mo Bounce’

Published: Wednesday 10th May 2017 by Sam

Iggy Azalea‘s road to redemption hasn’t been smooth.

Last year’s ‘Team’ saw her declare she was the only one in her corner and, based on its sales, that certainly appeared to be the case.

This Spring’s follow-up ‘Mo Bounce’ struggled to bounce its way into the upper region of any chart either.

Hoping for better fortunes on her third swing of the bat, Azalea is readying new single ‘Switch’ for release on May 19th.

Before then though, she’s been opening up to fans about the underperformance of preceding effort and her plan moving forward.

Check this out…

Refreshing to see an artist keep it real about their predicament.

We do still wonder whether it’s all a little too late for her, but if history has taught anything it’s to never count anyone out.

‘Switch,’ Iggy’s new single, lands May 19th.

Barbz are so threatened at the thought of competition for their precious queen it’s a kii really.? S****** watch realness. Y’all best hope and pray she don’t fall off anytime soon. All her singles are Flopzville as I type. Maybe Nas can ghostwrite a hit for Nicki to earn her hip hop’s respect again.

It’s clear the girl has been black balled in the industry because Mo Bounce was supposed to take off

She was never gonna be an artist that had longevity like Nicki Minaj! The talent was never there and she never had a solid fanbase, most ppl supported her at the time wanted to see Nicki Minaj fail!

My support has nothing to do with Nicki…Nicki already has success…I support Iggy because I want to see her WIN, honey! *Kandi Burruss voice* lol

Another Stupid barb who believes in Nicki’s one size fits all mentality. Iggy fans are Nicki haters? There’s enough room, money, competition for everybody. This is the reason Nicki swine ass needs to go away. Lol

Iggy still got a hit on her hands. I mean, how many flops Nicki released until one of them popped.

DANg, I actually thought Mo Bounce would heat up pop radio! Her next release has to be good and supported by a lot of payola.
