The R&B group New Edition is to be honoured for its contributions to Pop culture and R&B Music by this year’s BET Awards.
The ceremony will air on June 25th 2017 and will also bring with it the Humanitarian award for Chance the Rapper in celebration of his bold and brave efforts to support the African-American community.

Congrats to them. They deserve and the movie really re-ignited interest in them and introduced their music to a younger audience. I imagine the cast of the movie will present with performances by Bruno and even Usher (he was a huge NE/Bobby fan growing up).
