Katy Perry is unwilling to overlook Taylor Swift’s supposed attempt to take her down!
Hours removed from the release of her new album ‘Witness’, the ‘One of the Boys’ siren caught up with NME to promote the project and reveal that she understands how and why Swift used the song ‘Bad Blood‘ to bash her.
Her belief? Swift attempted to turn the young fan base they share against Perry.

I can’t speak for [Max], but he didn’t know who ‘Bad Blood’ was about. I’m not supposed to tell him what he can and can’t do. I’m very fair; I’m super-duper fair and I’m not one of those people who’s like, ‘You can’t do that because I don’t like that person’. Just, like, you do you, make your own choices… I’m not his mother.

while i understand her frustration with this “beef,” I think her previous above-it-all and no response approach was better for her brand. She has made this era about One Upping Taylor Swift, and it’s not working in her favor.

I’m here for taylor swift being dragged. It is well known that she’s a snake. We are in an age where ppl need to be transparent. Taylor dogged her in the press AND in music AND in arguable one of the slickest music videos since Toxic. She launched an all out war based on alternative facts. U “fans” of music need to take ur heads out of ur bums and realize that these are real people and should have the chance to clear their names when they feel they have been mistreated. Having ppl think ur a “background dancer thief” and not standing up for yourself does more brand damage than speaking out. Common sense isn’t common tho, I suppose.
The better part is that the dancers weren’t Taylor’s to begin with, they were Katy’s dancers all along

Taylor won…I’m still trying to wrap my last good wig around just HOW she took Katy from being one of the world’s most reliable and consistent pop acts to a certified liability in just 2 years time lol…my suspicion is she probably had her team ACT like they were interested in some of Katy’s new era material, only to laugh when she actually recorded, packaged and released that mediocre bullsh!t lol…Taylor may have aided in Dr. Lukegate too lol…you KNOW Katy needs Dr. Luke…Taylor won a Grammy for ALBUM OF THE YEAR for her POP album, got THE BEST material from Max Martin and sold 10 million albums…QWEEN Of Pop tbh *Kanye shrug* lol

I dig 1989, it’s a good pop record, but Taylor is a snake, everybody in the industry knows it, but many singers are afraid to even shade her, because she will end them in no time.
Few people have the balls to actually tell how she really is and look where they are.
